The following 2016-2017 SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-Framed) goals align with and support our District's vision, mission and strategic plan. These goals were identified through a collaborative process, involving our students, faculty and school community.
Priority 1 - Our student achievement results will meet or exceed our three-year average as stated on our school's Accountability Pillar results.
Priority 2 - 100% of staff will participate in, and have opportunities to enhance professional capacity and leadership skills, through catchment professional development, targeted collaborative work, and participation in community of practice groups. Targeted themes for growth include: assessment, curriculum redesign, transtitions, assistive technology and the inclusive classroom, career pathways, and wellness.
Priority 3 - Our school will increase opportunities for parental involvement in school events and activities. We will focus on consistent and timely communication with parents and families to support this goal.
